Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I doubt I use enterprise again. I had to extend my rental for a week. The young lady there quoted me a price of $119. for the second week. The next day when I called to confirm and pay for the second week she said oops I guess I don't know how to add! It will be $280! She did bring it down to meet the first week which was $250.nAnother thing... when I returned the car, I informed everyone in the office that that car HAD to go in for repair. The front brakes and rotors were in very very bad shape. If you were driving highway speeds and needed to stop quickly, you would not be able to. It felt like the front end of that car was going to come out from under it. They said they would have it looked at. Well, by chance, I happened to leave my garage remote in the rental. I called just after they opened and to my surprise, they had already rented the car to another woman! That car had serious safety issues! Shame on them.nShame on them for both issues. I should of been given the quoted price and it shouldn't of been questioned. It was her mistake, not mine. And they should of never allowed that car to leave until it was repaired

I had to rent a car from them due to my car being totaled in an accident. The employees were very friendly and answered all my questions. I was given a car similar in size to what I was previously driving. I had the car first about 3 weeks and they handled everything with the insurance company for me.
