Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pryor

HORRIBLE! I’m a nurse and was traveling for work. The whole time I was staying there I didn’t have ANY hot water. I called the front desk multiple time to let them know and they kept giving me the run around and it never got fixed. I got this room off of Booking.com and they gave me a bill for the price THEN when I got to the Holiday Inn they charged me way more. I tried taking it up with the front desk and all they said was that they will fix it and email me a receipt. I’m still waiting on that. If you have a choice DO NOT stay here. Horrible experience!! There’s multiple hotels around this place. Pick a different one!

Super comfortable bed and huge room. Other than the pool being closed (which they could not help) it was a nice stay.

Room was described to have bunk beds for kids, it was 2 folding couches, no bedding, room phone didn't work so I had to walk to the front desk for bedding. Room is also described to sound like there was a wii or ps3 for the kids, it did not.

Loved this hotel. Probably the cleanest i have seen lately. Keep up the good work.

I tell you what I didn't stay there I put a application in for a job they said they would call me and let me know the next day if I had the job I never heard back from now they never responded to emails or text messages so as far as I'm concerned that place sucks
