Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My insurance covered all my days I had the car but for some reason someone thought it would be a good idea to pull over $250 (on top of a $50 deposit) out my bank account. Now it's taking them a sweet time to return my money when it shouldn't have come out in the first place. I call asking why it happened and no one can answer that, making even more confusing.

I had wonderful service and understanding from all the staff here. I had someone hit me and her insurance took longer than usual to settle. I started the rental, her insurance took over and then I had to ask to extend the rental car for a few days and had no problems at all. Wonderful staff, works well with people. I would for sure use them again when I need to.

Enterprise is always great. Especially this location. The staff is always so nice and they have a great selection of nice cars

Got a vehicle last minute two weeks ago on my trip into Raleigh and then another this week due to an accident. Both times service was quick and friendly. Slight issue with the first rental was resolved and they cheerfully gave me another car. Can’t ask for more than that.
