We reserved our rental this morning! We got our confirmation code and everything. When we get there to pick up our rental, they tell us they don’t have one and it’s nothing they can do. We were also told that they had been calling to let people know but we never got a call. This rental was very much needed and they seemed to not really care one bit! Thank you for our first and last time!!

To start off Avis as a whole is a wonderful Rental company But this particular Location from my experience was The worst and it gets a BIG THUMBS DOWN ud83dudc4e Not sure if it is privately brought and they hold shares but There Mangement Was the Worst! Worst! .. I have rented from there in the past at that particular location and my experience was Amazing But like they say The good ones never Stay long ...ud83dude12 But before I go into Details this will have to be on pause Until I speak to the Boss! That's if he returns my call ? But either way I will finish this review ..nnTo be continued.....

Wow. Booked a car and on arrival was told not only was the car I reserved not available but that they had NO CARS available. Now I’m stranded. When my boyfriend tried to ask for help or alternatives the woman working her laughed in his face. Is this real life?!! Would give negative stars if I could. So disappointed and now I’m going to end up spending hundreds of dollars more booking something last minute and drive all over to find another rental.

No employee! No car as contracted, no car at all! Customer service no help, now have to cancel trip because of this!nMessy, messy, unfriendly place. Do not use.

Jason is great he is the new owner!!! They are under new management and ownership. They have awesome rates with amazingly quick service never has me waiting. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. I will continue to return to Jason’s location. Always smiles when I walk in.
