Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My car needed service so I called Enterprise to rent a vehicle for the duration. I rented a Ford F150. The attendant at the Pisgah Forest branch, Noah, was very helpful. Got my vehicle quickly and was on my way. Noah walked me to my vehicle with an umbrella because it was raining. I had to request an additional day because the repair to my car was delayed. It was no problem to add a day. Very good service. Reasonable price.

While I rented a truck for four days, my original plan was to drive to Orlando from North Carolina to pick up items in a storage unit. When I arrived I realized that the truck was not going to be big enough. So I rented a haul 15’ truck. I called Enterprise explained my dilemma and they were very nice ,said just bring the pick up truck back to any Enterprise location.So I did. I had the truck for 28 hours and my original rental agreement was for 96 hours and one way. Enterprise charged me for the entire four day rental. I’m sorry but I don’t understand how a two day rental ends up costing four days?. I know it wasn’t returned to the original rental location ,but you can’t tell me that they are going to have a hard time renting a pick up truck in Orlando

We used Enterprise while we were in the mountains and they have always been very professional and friendly. They are very easy to deal with and always have nice clean cars :-)

Wasn't happy with the deposit that I was unaware of till i got there to pick up car. Also for you to charge my card as you said and on top of what you said an additional $37 was also taken out by your company. Not sure why but not satisfied with that. Car is awesome...

Went by in person on Wednesday to secure a small truck,for following Monday.No problem we'll have you a truck on Monday. Went Monday to pick up truck. Oh I'm sorry we don't have any trucks. Gave me a jeep,reeked of cigarettes,feet prints all over dash and windshield,just nasty!
