Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always have great experiences with Enterprise. They go above and beyond to make renting a vehicle with them go smoothly.

Reserved a car 2 days in advance and filled out all available information. Pick up was for 1pm and received call at 12:45pm that there are no cars available at all. And none within 1hr of their location

Our car wasnt even ready, nor was it the luxury car that we booked that we still had to pay for, it smells like cigarettes and they only gave us a half tank, if we werent in such a hurry for an important interview that we are now late for we would have gone somewhere else.

Raeford Road, Fayetteville NC: Very rude people at this particular location and had a really horrible, inexcusable experience with Enterprise itself. Customer service called me two hours before I was to pick up my rental, also two hours before they closed on a Saturday to tell me that I needed to go an hour and a half out the way to another location instead. Not only that, when I got there, they were out of the car that I needed and couldn't except a Visa card. I could not believe how they and the customer service at this location handled things. They didn't mind putting me in a really hard situation and showed it in every way. All this could have been avoided by simply calling to inform me of all this just one or two days ahead. I would have had time to make other plans. Really shocked how they treat good their customers. There are NO excuses for how things were handled.
