Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had a reservation to pickup in Clinton Nc when I got there the location was close, I call customer services, they told me will someone contact to help. I never heard anything before 12:pm I call them again and they I have to wait for Monday to get a car. They done nothing to help

My experience so far is that not really that great my reservation was made for yesterday around 11am but for some reason whiteville locations calls me ....so the they said they would transfer it to the Clinton nc location and I would receive a call well ....I ended up having to call them and they say since I was in the list for yesterday which I was that they had no car ready for me ...same day reservation and 40 min difference....okay so they said they had something for tomorrow.....I called today because I reserved myself and I have called since 12PM and I havent talked to anybody the first 2 times I stayed on hold for 15 mins till it hung up .....I have yet to talk to anybody and my reservation is at 3 so i hate to see what goes on when I get there

Now I don't know if you had a hot date this evening but when I called and told you that I would be coming in right about the time of your closing I thought maybe you'd stay and watch for me. So when I pulled in a minute before closing and the door was already locked I was a bit taken aback. I am now going to be late for a very important funeral. This is the public complaint. Prepare for the non-public complaints. (By the way, for some reason this review would not let me post zero stars, so disregard the one that you see.)

If I could give a zero star, I would. My husband booked a car for our Anniversary trip. We had already heard there were “issues” with the Clinton rental location; however, it’s very important to us that we shop local and support our local businesses. Because of what we heard, my husband called the day prior to pickup to make sure they were going to have the car ready for us to pull up, sign paperwork, pack up and leave. We get there only to find that we had to wait for the car to be washed and cleaned (even though we were promised it would be ready). After waiting 20 minutes for the car to get ready, we left. I was running by the gas station to fill up whenever I noticed 2 warning lights came on in the car (we were getting ready to drive over 1500 miles so you can understand why this was concerning). We turned right around and took car back.nMy husband was told by Andrea (who was kind and only working with what she has to work with) that the type of car we were driving “is known to do that!”nWe asked for another comparable vehicle but they had absolutely nothing on the lot!!!! It was 8:30am on a Thursday morning and you (a CAR RENTAL COMPANY) do not have another rental car?!?!nWe were so fed up and so far behind schedule at this point, we decided to put the miles on our personal vehicle (which totally defeated the entire reason why we wanted a rental in the 1st place!)nThe only plus to this experience is we asked them to cancel the contract and refund our money and they did.nAt the end of the day, I would never discourage anyone from using one of our local businesses; however, unless Enterprise Rental of Clinton revamps their entire process, inventory availability, and customer service experience, DO NOT go to this establishment.

Nice staff, friendly and very professional. My car was ready and I was out the door in 10 minutes. Car is very clean and well maintained. Got a free upgrade from a compact to a small SUV and its fantastic.
