WORST PLACE EVER!!!! GAVE UP A CAR THAT WAS STAINED AND DISGUSTING! THEN UPON RETURN THEY CHARGED ME A MISCELLANEOUS FEE! I WILL FIGHT THEM TO KEEP MY MONEY! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THAT CAR TO GET CLEANED WHEN THEY GAVE IT TO US LIKE THAT!!! 0 STARS

Horrible , the lady's nose was to high in the air to even greet us and then she saids the car we reserved online wasnt their nor was there a similar one even though i call an hour before , lair. so she gives us a lesser car with no price cut she said i need to call customers service SMH but lastly when checking the car before we left, i said theres 1/2 tank of gas so she put full tank lmao and they charged me for it .Sad and pathetic

In December we reserved a large SUV for our family vacation in June.nnOne hour before we were supposed to leave Budget called to say they had no SUVs available in the entire city of Louisville.nnI asked to speak to a manager. They told me no one was there, but would call me. They never did.nnI called their 1-800 number. They could not help me. They put me on hold for 27 minutes before I hung up.nnWe had NO WAY to get our family to the beach. We had already paid for our condo.nnNO ONE at Budget would return ournncall or answer any questions about why we did not have a SUV.nnWe had reservations 6 months ahead of time!!!nnHow can you do this to families
