When I called to schedule a rental the guy said he would have a car washed and fueled up for me when I arrived. When I got there he said the car was coming from a different location and ask me to wait 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes before asking him for an update. He told me the car was running late so he would upgrade me to a better car. It’s wasn’t an upgrade. The car was nasty inside and out and It smelled like a wet dog. The car would make a horrible noise when I would accelerate from a stop. I will never use Enterprise again after this experience.

Everyone was very kind and understanding. Even though I took a family member to pick up a rental, some things he needed help understanding bc he's never used email or had a debit/credit card. The only thing was they overcharged my account for the insurance by $300. There was no problem at all getting reimbursed very quickly. I really appreciated how that was handled.

I've been dealing with enterprise for almost a month and my representative Connor has been less than helpful, I'm in a very tight and rough situation where he refuses to provide help and solutions. He refuses to work with me and doesn't know how to communicate with customers or even my bank so I can imagine other businesses, i would recommend no one ever use enterprise and if I can help it will never use them again. Poor establishment and poor business execution.
