Friendly staff good prices and clean cars.
I am surprised to read these negative reviews. I picked up a vehicle that I had reserved through Costco, on Wednesday morning. They were super busy, but remained pleasant. The vehicle I received was new and clean. When I dropped the car off today, the young lady was so friendly. My kids even commented on how nice she was. I would definitely do business with them again.
Rented a car for a funeral and they changed me $100 more for the return and still have not gotten my money back and I have called and emailed them. Really sad that I have tried and I keep getting the runaround
I was asked to stop at this rental car location to exchange a car I got earlier at a different location, because this car developed electronic issues. When I arrived, the agent was more interested in her cell phone than into talking with me. The replacement car I got was old and dirty. The driver seat had several dirt makes. I asked for a wet wipe or something so I can clean the seat prior to using the car. The agent came and used a rag to clean the seat. My shirt was wet for about one hour after I sat in the seat. The steering wheel felt terribly dirty. I stopped at rest area to clean it. The front window was dirty on the inside and outside which made it hard driving into the sun. I was able to exchange this junker at another Avis rental place. The car I have, now, is clean, but tires a out of balance ad the vibrations is terrible. Rough day to drive 8 hours. Avis, as a whole, had terrible service, too.
Terrible service do not waste your money, they will charge you fees and not tell you about them up front.
