Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have used this location for about 3 years now and have rented multiple vehicles for work purposes. Always courteous folks, always good vehicles and always prompt in getting me into a vehicle and checked back in when I return. The points have helped me enjoy rentals on personal trips, so my experience has been positive and professional for a long time.nnUpdate (10-6-2020) - I miss the folks at the Gate City Blvd location! Because fo the pandemic, this location has been closed and my only option is on Wendover across from Costco. Not sure what the deal is, but these folks are not as friendly and not as respectful of my work needs. Every time I book a rental vehicle for work purposes, I get a phone call to verify (no problem) but during the phone call they remind me that I need a card and all kinds of payment stuff when this is clearly a vehicle I booked for State Government use (with permission and within operational guidelines). READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU CALL. Don't ask me for personal financial info when the contract clearly indicates that this vehicle is for approved state business under an approved plan worked out with Enterprise. Be friendlier. Be more courteous. Be more prompt to get to live people standing on your property and get off your devices. When I do get someone to assist me, generally they are helpful and considerate - not overboard, but adequate. Thanks - Jimmy

Very Bad service, I was provided a poor option and paid 3 times the initial estimate.

This is an amazing place, with amazing people and outstanding customer service. Vince took care of me! Made a reservation and went to Enterprise on Wendover by accident...spoke with Vince and he did not turn me away! He made arrangements and had me in a vehicle in less than 15 minutes!

I made a reservation for a vehicle weeks in advance and was very happy with the price, however, when I arrived ON TIME for my reservation my car wasn’t available. Instead of offering me another car at the same rates I was offered a more expensive vehicle at the normal rate. I was upset but I needed a vehicle so I had to break down and get that vehicle. I have NEVER had this problem with Enterprise for as long as I’ve been dealing with them. I have never been so inconvenienced. When I go on trips I set aside a certain amount to spend..needless to say my spending was cut $100+ dollars for a mistake that was beyond my control. I thought that reservations were designed to assure you a vehicle, not to get you to the business so that they can UPSALE you one!!!
