I’ve always enjoyed this location, they’ve always been straightforward and never had any hassle . Last week when I rented I was thoroughly frustrated. The deposit increased to $300, which wasn’t a problem but the guy proceeded to tell me I didn’t have enough credit on my card to cover the cost of the rental, I was told my $232 rental was now $340 and that I’d have to take a day off to get it for the $232 that I was quoted and that displayed as my projected total on the app.. therefore I backed up my rental days and then just called customer service and added the additional day back on ....TOTAL CHARGED $232... what in the hell was this guys problem ???

I've rented a car few times this month from them. I like their selection of cars, however it would be nice if they didn't smell like cigarette smoke because I had to deal with that for 3 days this week. 2nd time that's happened this month. I just think that's very inconsiderate to give to a customer.

Great service, got in and out quick. Only issue was that the trunk of the car hadn't been cleaned and was full of the last renters trash.

I recently rented a car at 501 gate city Blvd in Greensboro, NC and not only was I overcharged after I was told a set price but the vehicle I had was filthy I had to stop just so I could clean the Inside and outside of the vehicle. I Also was given a car that had obviously not been looked over or serviced prior to being rented. So I had to pump air in the tires all 4 days I had the vehicle. The air pressure light kept coming on along with the washer fluid lights. When I returned the vehicle I was told the only thing they could do for me was refund me my $7 I had spent from putting air in the tires. What an inconvenience! I was told on the phone by customer service I would get a credit for the way enterprise had done me. Yet once I got to the place to return the vehicle all he could do was refund my $7 back. I have been a plus member with enterprise for 5 years and have never been treated this way. Do not rent from this location!!!!!

Recently I went on my first business trip in a long time to Greensboro. It was sad for me to see the the airport so empty. I think I was off the plane and in my car in record time. I have been renting cars from Enterprise for many years. I am in their system. I feel like we have a relationship and they trust me. They have stopped grilling me with the many questions that are asked by other rental car companies that dont know me. The people are always pleasant. I know times are tough for all in the travel industry. I wish them well.ud83dude01
