Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Pickup was easy. Staff is amazing. Didn't have any issues with the condition of the vehicle. Would definitely rent from them again.

Very nice staff...they were polite and accommodated my rentals needs... answered all questions and even made great suggestions.

Car was in great condition but difficult to get ahold of. Got this text from them the day before pick up and they never texted back and the phone number was not valid. We were scheduled to return Sunday and they did not explain no one is there Saturday so what to do, we figured it out but a frustrating way to end a long trip

Not the best experience at the Enterprise in Kernersville NC. Got a call as I was leaving the house to pick up the vehicle that they did not have the vehicle that I had requested. After what I felt like was very little effort to track down a vehicle from another branch I was told that a minivan was all they had. When I arrived to pick up the minivan it had not been cleaned. There were not any offers to discount anything other than waiving the fuel return. But the van was given to me with around a quarter tank of gas so that really did nothing. Will not use the Enterprise in Kernersville again.

Always a pleasant experience! We have rented vehicles several times with no issues. The most recent was following a car accident that resulted in the total loss of my car. Enterprise got me quickly into a rental and handled all the billing with the other driver's (who hit me) insurance. Recommend highly.
