Had a reservation for a truck at 8 am... no truck. Told it will be there at 9 am... no truck. Waited til 10 ... no truck ud83dude21ud83dude21 had to cancel cause no one could tell me if it was coming or not! No phone call ... no nothing...why did they take my reservation if they didn’t have a truck? Anyway... I’ll go elsewhere when I need a rental!

George Gerdes was so polite. He has great customer service skills. Seriously why aren't their more people like him in the car rental business? It doesn't matter who you are, George is friendly no matter what. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body. My experience at this location was top notch. Unlike my experience at the GSO airport rental location. I urge people to see him for your car rental needs opposed to local airports. Just talk to the man and you'll realize he has your best interest in mind. Thank you for everything George. You solved all my problems that weekend.

I was gonna leave a great review because when I picked up my rental it was a fast and easy process. BUT a day after I dropped my rental off I noticed I left some personal belongings in the car (IPad). I’ve been calling Budget (Hanes mall) all morning and no answer. So I decided to keep calling until someone answered. When the Guy answered he didn’t greet me or anything. His words were “ You keep calling back to back isn’t gonna make me answer the phone, I’m with a customer “. Then said he’ll take my name and number down?! I understand you’re busy but I’m a customer too with a simple question and been calling this place all morning. If you can’t multi task then find another JOB George!!!!!!!
