Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I called Enterprise on Ft. Bragg a week ago and talked to a female about my son renting a car. ( I introduced myself and she failed to do the same.) I was asked my son's age and told he will be placed on a list when a car is available. I was also told she will call me back and hung up on. Well, she never called me back. When my son went to them to talk about renting a car, he was rudely dismissed by the same female because he is 24 and not 25 years old. FYI female at Enterprise on Ft. Bragg NC, the minimum age to rent a car in US is 21! Additional fees my be applicable for those between 21-24. Please remember this piece of information when talking to soldiers on base or anyone else who needs to rent a car. Also, it is professional to introduce yourself when picking up the phone at workplace, as well as returning the call when making such promise. In short, I am extremely dissatisfied with Enterprise on Ft Bragg NC and would not recommend them. Tell your soldiers to contact a different rent a car agency, such as Hertz, or another Enterprise. On the other hand, Enterprise in Woodbridge was fantastic. Thanks Joseph from Woodbridge Enterprise! Another review will be given to your office and it will have more stars.

Quick and easy to rent a car. Staff was nice and friendly.

Very disappointed with service today. Reserved a vehicle on their website and went to pick it up and was told they had no vehicles on the lot except a 15 pax van. I was put on a list if somehow they got any vehicles. Don’t know why their app and physical on hand of vehicles is not synced up. Has happened the last times renting from this location. They never have what I reserve. Will take my business to another location.

no good people long wait and after reservation no one come to pick up. Then they have no car in next 60 mile radius for next 3 day due to Covid.
