Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I had a full size suv reserved for July 11th 2020. I called the day prior to confirm that my vehicle would be there ready to pick up and the person I spoke to told me that everything was good to go and he would see me tomorrow. But when I arrived not only was the rental not there THE BUILDING WAS CLOSED!!! Absolutely unbelievable!!! I waited 30 minutes pass my appointment time to pick up and still no one showed up!!! ud83dude21 It ruined my vacation!! I don’t know how some people can be so inconsiderate. If I could rate this company “0”stars I would.....I will NEVER rent from this company ever again. Such a waste of time!

The vehicle was almost worth a 5 star rating. The only issue I had was the interior of the vehicle was slightly dirty. Other than that I always have positive experiences with enterprise. I would definitely use them again.
Update your hours online. Called and made a reservation and said it would be available today. We went and this location was closed for COVID so we went to the recommended location and they ran out of cars. Leaving tomorrow and might have to cancel entire trip.
