The pick up process was OK took a lot longer than expected I picked up my first vehicle and didn’t get 5 miles down the road the tires were extremely loud in the car shook and this is a brand new car at the time 6000 miles then went back got another car the same exact one actually the car was great but only had 3000 miles until the oil change was due and by the time it came texture change the car because the oil change was so nobody answers the phone nine out of 10 times you call and if they have a vehicle it’s not the same size that she paid for. But I also guess it’s not location and it’s a small airport so they don’t have much access to a lot of vehicles but you would think given it is an airport they could at least answer the phone more often.

Do not rent a car from this company. They charged me for pet hair in the car when I did not have a pet in the car. The car was cleaned when I dropped it off with a full tank of gas. They told me that I needed to show a picture of me cleaning the car. How can I do that when I am in a different state? Who would ever think to take a picture of a car that was clean? This company is a ripoff. I only put one star because to make a comment.

I flew in after being gone for 2 months on orders to pick up a rental from Hertz. Hertz told me they were open until 11 pm, however, they closed at 8 because the lady told me the wrong time. I had to drive a ways and Avis and Budget really helped me out. Jason helped me find a car in seconds and even got it cheaper than what Hertz would have charged me! I'm super grateful to him for doing such a fantastic job on such short notice. Thank you Jason! From now on I will use Avis and Budget over Hertz any time!
