Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I'm a truck driver and when I'm broke down my company rents from Enterprise all the time. So far this year about 8 different cars and only one problem. It was an issue with a tire and at the time in the Florida/Alabama area getting a car was scarce. So I had to stop twice to fill up the tire on my journey. Knowing that this was an isolated situation I still give them 5 stars because through out the process everyone was professional. No run around. And thats worth its weight in gold

I had already been frustrated struggling with an uninsured motorist claim but Ashley handled my rental quickly. She made me feel like someone was finally on my side. Thank you so much!

Very friendly service and the car was great! Got the deposit back in a short amount of time! Most definitely will be renting from them next time I need to rent a car!

The car had less than 1/4 tank of gas and I had to go straight to a car wash. It took three treatments to get the smoke smell to a tolerable state and windows to a point that were no longer dangerous at night time driving. Then we found that it was in need of washer fluid so we had to fill that up as well. This was not the best experience that we have had with enterprise. I hesitated to post this publicly, however, I have been unable to share my experience with anyone at Enterprise and I know that they would want to give better service than this.

It was a great experience when I returned the vehicle. Ashley was great and went above and beyond to ensure we were well satisfied.
