LakeView Transit has such caring drivers. They truly care about everyone they transport. They have been there rain or shine, and yes at times due to unforeseen issues they get held up but they always show up. They take the time for each person and they don’t rush them.
Had my first experience and I'm really hoping it was my last ride with them because I had talked to a gentleman confirming my transportation to my appointment and he told me the driver would be at my residence between 7 to 7:45, well needless to say the driver did not show up to pick me up until 7:50 or 7:55 . There was another person already in the vehicle to go to their appointment and my appointment was at 8:20 and we went all the way to Newton to take them and then take me to my appointment. I arrived late to my appointment and when I called ready to be picked up I sat there waiting over a hour and even called multiple times making sure they was going to come get me. The first driver was asking me if I was doing anything this weekend and when I said yes I was celebrating my anniversary the next day he kept asking questions that I felt was inappropriate and really none of his business.

Lakeview transit truly goes above and beyond to ensure safe and reliable transportation. They are extremely friendly and will brighten anyone's day. I am very grateful for the opportunity to cross their path on any given day because they bring quality care and amazing customer service. To see the joy they bring to patients is something that is rarely seen today. They don't look at this as a job but a way to provide a better quality of life for those who need it most!
