Tom and his people over at OIC are some of the friendliest people I have come across since moving to OIB. I recently had the misfortune of having my 2014 Mini Roadster hit by a deer. The team at Ocean Isle Collision worked with my insurance company to ensure that OEM parts were used. Being a seven year old Mini, non-OEM parts were needed. OIC made sure those parts were of the highest quality and demanded replacement parts when those parts did not meet their standards. The most impressive aspect of the process, was the continued communications and setting and meeting commitments.
