I rented a car through Hotwire for use in Baltimore MD and VA. When we returned the car to fly home, the lines were long and we had a plane to catch, so we were directed to a kiosk. I thought all was well, and we turned in the car. When I got the credit card bill from Chase SW, there were two charges for the rental. Turns out the second was insurance which I DID NOT OPT FOR. We have insurance through State Farm. I disputed the charge after getting not much help at Alamo, with my Chase SW credit card. Just got a letter today, that they can do nothing about it. The insurance was almost as much as the car!nnWe will never do business with Alamo again.
