Very good service! Fast friendly and professional. Although only one agent, he was able to service everyone waiting in a timely manner. Didn't have a midsize vehicle so upgraded at no additional charge.

Called the next day after we dropped off our rental and they did not have a large item we left in the back. It had the receipt from target with it. The guy who cleans out the vehicle apparently takes whatever he finds in the car and keeps it!? Brenda at the front desk apologized by saying “I’m sorry you left the item in the vehicle”. Horrible.

Brenda is horrible to deal with , she will make up fees and mistreat you if you're African American, Worse experience ever

Brenda is such plenty woman she always helps me out and I love this location... Brenda has great customer service and very sweet. She goes beyond her duties to make you feel at home. I recommend this location to anyone who want to have a lovely experience.
