I love Enterprise Rent-a-Car I have never had a bad customer experience with this company. Most friendly and helpful rental car company I've ever worked with. The four star rating is because I rented a white Camry and the wash job was poor. You could see spots that the dirt will still there. The person that washed the car didn't pay attention. These spot were not little ones. If you know what a white car looks like with the road slush streaks on it, the car is almost gray. Since we were expecting snow that day and sub-zero temps I was not that concerned about the cleanliness of the outside of the car. The interior was more important and was all right. windows could have been better.
