Difficult to get in and out of facilities if you have someone drop you off access is not marked or encouraged. Service was fast and simple but when leaving gate they asked me if I wanted radio upgrade. I replied that I had ordered that it should be on the vehicle already. They replied the unit I had was not capable. But I could change vehicles if I wanted. I would have to go back through and get one that does but could not tell me if they had one. I had it taken off the invoice since I already had paid and left. It would be nice to get what you had ordered weeks before.

Gas tank was empty when I picked it up. Got a flat on the way home. Called their roadside assistance and was told it would be $55.00 to put the donut on. Ended up paying for it myself and it only cost $10.00 to get it repaired. The tire was already repaired once before, so not sure why I had to pay for them having a bad tire on the car. Better check your car out before you take it off the lot.

Emerald is quick and selection is nice. Unfortunately my car broke down on way back to airport and i had to uber to catch my flight.

Don't expect the location of the car rental
