Budget Car Rental

Waited 1 1/2 hours in line. NEVER AGAIN.

I go with budget because I have a realible car for a great price. No matter where I need to go budget is there and ready with a amazing and safe vehicle. This last rental the car I reserved was no longer available but the representative helped get my family in a better vehicle and one we really enjoyed. Customer service was amazing. I wish I remembered her name cause she was on point and got my family and I settled and on the road.

Very easy. Used Fast break and avoided a very long line at checkout. Nice people.

Absolutely embarrassing lobby , and worker. I paid for mid size suv. You all make your own classifications. The SUV I was given is considered by the maker as a compact. Your worker ,I can go on about her , said oh well we consider it something else. In the end she at least acted friendly when she saw I wasn't happy at all, but didn't remedy anything or say well we're out or anything. Your computer I had to sign was so nasty and old you couldn't sign or really read. SUV was nice for a compact but why waste money with you?

The entire experience was inadequate. The rental process is not set up for people with disabilities, the rental itself was extremely over priced. And the most important part the vehicle was not clean, there was animal fur all over and the maintenance or check engine light came on the first day half way out of town. When we did return the vehicle we waited for someone to check us in they couldn't find the reservation and was told needed to go inside (again not suitable for disabilities) and by the time was able to get someone to go in for me it was 30 mins later and they where trying to charge me for another entire day. The gentleman at the counter was probably the only good part after trying to get assistance from management, that was absolutely no help at all, he figured out how to help us himself and was very nice.
