National Car Return Terminal 2

All car rental companies who think I'm putting a deposit of $400 to rent a car in my home state are NUTS

Horrible place to get into if you are renting and not coming from the airport itself. Because of Covid, I'm guessing here, they have closed all of the separate rental locations near airport so you have to rent from terminal that services airport. Of course there is no mention of this online so you drive to location indicated online and they are closed. There is a sign directing you to another location. GPS that location and it takes you to rental return entrance only. So drive around to other street, stop at rental exit to ask gate attendant where you can get in to rent a car. Attendant gives you attitude and points dismissively at this tiny 4 car UNMARKED notch in the fence. Come on, Covid shutdowns have been going on for over 4 months. This location serves Enterprise, National, and Alamo. You really can't put up a sign letting people know how to get in here. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because agent behind counter was helpful. If you rent from any of these three, good luck, lots of patiences, and God's speed. You're gonna need it.

Construction no where to park your car or drive up to this location sucks!
