National Car Rental

Great customer service. Fast. We got off the shuttle and had a car within 10 minutes. At drop off, my partner left his phone in the car and didn’t realize until the shuttle was about to drop us back off. The driver, Rick, took us straight back and a lady named Debbie got us back to the airport quickly. Rick and Debbie, thank you so much! You guys were incredible and SO nice. Give these guys a raise! Wonderful service.

I had a good experience with National. As part of the Emerald Club, it is a perk to skip the line and pick out the car we want from the Emerald Aisle. However, there were no cars in the Emerald Aisle. We had to go to the desk to check in, not skip the line. We were given a car, didn't get to choose a car. The lot was empty. The car given to us was a nice and clean car. Had no car problems. Returning the car was easy. All employees I had interaction with were very nice and helpful.

Selection sometimes is hit and miss. Sometimes only have mini vans, then huge trucks, then tiny little cars. Consistent variety!!! Always nice staff! One gate lady is nasty! But most are amazing! Easy pick up and drop. Drop staff are always crazy fast. Clean cars!

I recently switched from Avis to National because of a terrible experience with Avis who I really liked but could not believe the poor customer service recently.nThe switch to National has been amazing and the people have been outstanding too. I love the pick your own vehicle option they provide and the ease of picking out and retiring the car!

It would be hard to imagine having a better experience in renting a car. The on-site staff were very personable and very congenial. They were willing to assist in any way that they could.nThe shuttle driver was less congenial and did not take the time to engage in conversation.
