I rent from them all the time and they asked me for my address a bill and said they couldn’t rent to me because something on my exquifax. I called exquifax and they said well it’s one item on there that’s 5 years old so that shouldn’t been a problem, and we will just go ahead and dispute it off so it doesn’t show up at all anymore. I called Avis customer service and the rep was very rude and didn’t know how to do his job he was very unprofessional and argumentative. I never had this happen to me with Avis I was just so shocked. Bring Caleb back to this location he knew what he was doing and I never had any problems with him. I have a great drivers record, no tickets, no accidents and always brought their car back I’m the best clean shape. Today just was horrible customer service all the way around and now I have to freaking wait 3-10 business days to get my money back. I might get my lawyer to look more into this.
Great service! Nice, new, clean car. Upfront about costs, and I lucked into an upgraded vehicle. I had to make a last minute reservation due to another company canceling on me, and I was very happy!
Caleb is a cool guy who will go out of his way to help you out. Way better price than other avis locations. He also allowed us to put the charge first on a credit card (holding it), then when we paid, switched to a debit card.
This is located within the hotel, which is very clean. My initial review was only two stars because the desk agent was nowhere to be found for about 30 minutes. As it turns out he was hustling extra hard to do multiple jobs at once. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful at trying to locate him and that probably could have been a simpler process, but in all the Avis desk agent was incredibly friendly and got me in and out very quickly once he returned.
The worst, they took time, the employee was the worst I have ever seen
