Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a truck on Friday with a return on Saturday. They close at noon on Saturday. Rep said if I was late to that it wouldn't be a big deal. Small fee for being late. I show up and no one is there so I used the key drop box.nMonday I find out they tripled my bill. I received no call or email to inform me of the additional charges. I called to discuss this and shouldn't have bothered. They said there's nothing they can do.

I’ve rented through this location twice now and the customer service has been excellent each time. Friendly staff, quick service, great rates, and excellent quality vehicles.

Rented a car utilizing the pre-check in and still waited an hour and a half.

We will be more than happy to use these gentlemen again. Excellent service!! Especially Jake!!
