Get rent Cheap price then enterprise.

When returning the car, I stopped within one mile of Budget to fill up the gas tank. Timothy at Budget checked the car and said that the gas tank was not full. He was going to charge me for gas, so I went back to the gas station and forced a 1/2 gallon of gas into the tank. When I returned, I told Timothy that it only took a 1/2 gallon and I could not get anymore in there. He checked the car and said, well, it moved the gas gauge to full. I hope the poor customer was worth the 1/2 gallon of gas. You just lost a first time customer at your location from any future business!!!

I wish I can give 0!!!!! This is the most unreliable and most careless company ever!!!!!nDO NOT DO ONLINE RESERVATION!!! because literally they will not I repeat NOTTTT have your vehicle ready and will not do anything about it !!! Absolutely horrible do not rely on them use U-Haul or something else but not budget it’s ridiculous!!!!

Car wasnt ready. Slow service. Not a picky person at all but I was there for 45 min with a car already paid for

I recently rented a car from this location and I also paid for the insurance that is offered when you rent a car. The car got a flat tire and I call and the agent said not to change it myself and call roadside emergency.I called and the next day I had to change cars at this location. Yesterday I received a bill in the mail for $160.00 for emergency roadside services and administrative costs. Shouldn't the insurance have covered that and if you were going to change me $135.00 to come and change my tire I would have done it myself like I was going to. The agent didn't tell me that part. Do not rent from here they don't tell you everything about the rental agreement. Also $25.00 administrative costs.
