Excellent service at this location. The truck I rented for the day was very clean, full of fuel for my trip, and ready upon my arrival. I highly suggest this location. The owner is very friendly and truly cares about his business. This is now my designated rental location for all of my future business. A+++

Great customer service

I work for the Dept of Defense and had to cancel my week long rental after the DOD issued orders restricting travel because of COVID. After multiple phone calls...AVIS is only willing to refund me $73 of the $623 rental even though I had the car less than 24 hours.nnThis was after multiple phone calls and being promised a full refund only to be ignored and pho e calls not returned. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
