Very happy they had a drop box. Would have gotten a 5 had they ran my Rental through the wash! I changed vehicles at the last minute so they gave me what they had available.

The truck was nice that was rented while my car was getting worked on at the shop (3 weeks).nHowever, whoever had it prior had a dog (I have dogs & understand) and did not clean the interior of the vehicle as we did upon returning. Fabric seats or covers(?) which take on a lot of crud so they get dirty as well and had many spots on them.nPlease people take the time to clean the vehicle you rented before returning. It makes it easier for the next rental.

I was hit by a drunk driver and her insurance sent me here. Everyone here is super nice. The car I got had a lot of extras that I had never experienced before. I couldn't find a ride home on the day I had to return my rental and a very nice man gave me a ride home. Overall experience with Hertz on Lindbergh was pretty flawless. Their kindness made an awful situation just a bit more bearable

This location was not open for business when listed hours even during holiday and covid times. Not open. Worst rental company. So I called the 1800 number listed. The lady literally hung up on me. What kind of company are you running??
