Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The people here were nice, but a little to fast paced. I rented a van for an over the road trip. It functioned perfectly and was smooth to operate. I appreciated that the attendant gave me curbside service and went over the features of the car. They put a $200 hold on my card, probably because I used a debit card, but I am not sure. It cost a little over $200 to rent it but that is because I added on benefits. When I returned the car it was super easy and my deposit was credited to my card within 24 hours.nOverall it was a good experience.

seamless experience. I reserved the car on line, it was ready when I arrived. I had to extend the rental time. No problem.. just called and let them know. Returned the car and that took all of 4 minutes. No nonsense transaction. And the car was perfect.

I had to return 2 vehicles before I got one that hadn't been smoked in. Now, I have a 2020 Jeep Compass that has several features such as Auto Start, heated seats, heated steering wheel and more. Appreciated in this weather.nI did leave a garage door opener in the second car and called the business twice and was promised a call back about it. Haven't received a call.

Unfortunately I needed I rental because I was in a car accident. At the start of my rental period, Texas was in a state of emergency because of the ice storms. So the Enterprises in the area sent their fleets down to Texas. This meant that there was a bit of a wait for me to get a vehicle. Kylie was more than apologetic and offered to drop me off back home in the mean time while a car was being returned. That seemed like a lot of trouble to go through so I waited in their lobby till another vehicle was dropped off. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain to me why I was waiting. She was very professional and kind to every customer that came in there. If I’m ever in a situation where I need a rental again, I’ll definitely be going to this location because of Kylie and her team.

Be leery of the freakishly tall, curly headed, Amazon woman. We rented a car on a cloudy Sunday on 1/02/21. I returned the car on a partly sunny Sunday afternoon on 1/17/21. She proceeds to tell me of dent damage to the hood, top of roof by the windshield, and back part of the roof by the hatch. My 5’ 2” wife rented this automobile and the blonde lady who assisted us was not much taller. I foolishly did not bother to do the walk around as I usually do. I let her handle it. Big mistake. There’s no way for my wife and the other lady to see minuscule dents on a cloudy day or dents on the roof of this automobile without using a step stool. If you decide to use this location I say good luck. If it’s on a cloudy day I would suggest having the people there pull it into the lighted detail garage for the walk around. Make sure you go over it with a fine tooth comb.nI have used Enterprise exclusively for the past 25+ years. I will no longer. I will take my business to Hertz, Budget, Dollar etc. from now on and inform my family and friends to do the same.
