Highly recommend. Excellent customer service. The young man behind the counter, Jaylen Ray, was professional, friendly, and very helpful. He really seems to care about helping the customer. I work for a dealership in Colorado springs and deal with the enterprise right next to us. Never have had a problem.nWe are military and we're going home for just a few days and they made everything so difficult. Never have I had such a bad experience with a company. The girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing. After numerous phone calls they were still confused on our pick up and drop off along with not being able to find our reservation by name so while trying to drive I had to look up the reservation number and magically there it was... so disappointed.

The company I work for uses enterprise for business travel. Every time I have rented a car, John is there to help me! He always has the best attitude and great service! I even made a mistake when renting my car today and John was available to help whenever I needed- he even went out of his way to try to help me OUTSIDE of his work hours.nThank you for always making my day less stressful, John. I look forward to renting again! Cars are nice, notified me of gas gauge level, let me know all the possibilities of returning the car, and helped me know what to do when I had finished returning it!
