Came in after 8pm to pick up my rental car. The board said to pick a car in the Gold lot; none available. Had to walk back and was told to pick any car in the lot; not happy.

I waited 45 minutes to get out of the parking lot because they only had 1 lane open. And before I picked up my car, I needed to speak with someone there. I called 75 times and never got ahold of anyone.

The best experience! They didn’t have the rental I reserved, but they gave me an upgrade at no additional cost and when returning the rental, they offered a personal ride to the terminal. An amazing experience!

Efficient return. Their driver drove our vehicle to departures and dropped us there.
