Alamo Rent A Car

Always the cheapest rental car agency but also always the best. Literally hassle-free and have never had an issue with Alamo.

I had a Jeep Compass for a cross country trip. The car was wonderful! It had a lot of extras like heated seats and steering wheel, adaptive cruise control and blind spot warning lights. It made the driving extra enjoyable. I was also surprised and glad that the satellite radio worked. The process of picking up the car was a little confusing because I could not find a car similar to what I had reserved in the Alamo section of the lot. However, a friendly staff member told me I could pick one from the National section. This worked well and posed no issues for exiting. At the end of the trip, I chose to get my receipt via email and there were no surprises. I will say that I had to drive through some toll booths that don't give you an option to pay with cash. So I am expecting to receive some hefty extra charges eventually. That's not really Alamo's fault, but I wish there was a way to prevent this.

I found the experience with Alamo great. Picking up the car was quick and there as no pressure to add on extra coverages. I particularly like being given the opportunity to choose my car from those in a given area. The cars were newer with low miles. Drop off fast and efficient.

AUSTIN and Logan are horrible people. Stranded a 20 year old daughter during Christmas trying to make it home and refused to even help or suggest anything.. They Just laughed and chuckled and said better luck next year. Horrible customer service. Hotrible people...Skip this place and go to Hertz for better customer service and honest reliable transportation.

Great experience at this location....Manager Garry is so cool...he is the guy to look out for customer satisfaction and service
