United Rentals

Great rental experience. Call to rent a plate compactor and was originally told that they did not have any of the larger size compactors. When I called the next day to go ahead and set up the rental for the small one, Katelinn Remembered our conversation from the previous day and informed me they had gotten the big one back early and helped me get that listed instead. Pick up was easy and the employees in the back lot were helpful. Returning the unit was simple and easy as well.

The folks at United are very helpful.

They are the most expensive and don't explain their hidden delivery fee. I rented an excavator and they charged me 400 plus for the machine and another 400 plus delivery fee that was never explained to me. The result was I paid over 850.00 for one day rental and I lost money on the job instead of earning money. I cannot rent from these crooks. Other places like Jim's air rent brand new equipment for 259.00 for the entire day. I now give all my business to Jim's air which by the way gives excellent service. United rentals you need to change your ways and price yourselves back into the market. Unless your a huge company you can't afford United rentals.

Hey United. Crazy idea... Lets refrain from loading/unloading machinery on the busiest road in the county during rush hour. I'm sure your drivers would agree.
