Awful people work for this company. Do not rent here one of rudest places. Their cars are dirty and old. Go anywhere but a2z.

Enterprise is so much better:-/ my company uses Hertz and the prices are screwy. Everything is an upgrade and costs more if you want it. Had a 4x4 Nissan rogue last week, asked for it again because it was cheaper than the full size as they call them. Apparently the small SUV is bigger and now costs more than the 2 wheel drive car. I've been reserved a car for 4 weeks and each week costs more and anything I ask if available is an upgrade and costs more. Can't even get the same car with the advancing pay scale because of demand lol. I'm on my second week and have yet to get a clean car inside or out. We'll see how the rest of the month goes. Never had this problem when I rented my own from Enterprise. Although I have to say the nice woman at the counter was as helpful as she could be. Both times she took extra pictures and said she'd try to get me the original car I kinda liked from my first trip if she can. She just works for shady people.

I rented a vehicle in Feb. and only paid for the car & the insurance. Had an AWESOME experience. Just rented a car again and wasn't to pleased with a deposit and 50 bucks for unlimited miles....however the service was Awesome again! I will continue to rent here and ONLY here!

wish I could give 0 stars, highly NOT recommended. I did not receive my security deposit back, it’s been 3 weeks now. I called and they claimed I received it last Wednesday, which was false. I paid $600 for 2 days and a half, with no security deposit refund which means I literally just gave away money including filling they gas tank up.
