We rented and car from the Wilmington De, branch and it smelled like weed. The car was dirty on the outside! Drove down to Lusby Md, couldn’t take smell any longer so came here and the fine people here replaced it with another car. They were friendly and helpful with the trade off! Pleasant to deal with! Thanks for helping us out!
I am a faithful client to my rental car this place every week spring tons of money bringing tons of business and they denied me a rental car when I have the money for some odd reason with the card but they could have put it on another card it made no sense I'm still an Elite member they could have charged a hold they just didn't want to the guy was unprofessional I am very disappointed I used to really like this spot and spoke highly of it and I will be hoping to rent a car from there in the morning if I'm not running a car I would do everything in my power to make sure this location is brought up too far and if not brought down yeah and after I get a reservation now I got paid and all everything's good he wouldn't let me take it so I had to walk home with my three-year-old niece in the rain on top of that all these people know I rent from their every week all this even though I have money they could have the money card taking a hold on my card this was completely uncalled for I won't stop till that whole store is torsion or shut down. I was so shaking still
The Lady at Lexington Park was extremely helpful and went the extra mile. You are Blessed to have employees like that!
Love Avis service and clean cars. I also appreciate the extra step of providing hand sanitizer in the vehicle during these unprecedented times.
Everyone there is very nice. However this rental I had was below my expectations.
