Don’t ever come to this place. You honestly get what you pay for and everyone that is on the staff does NOT COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER and it shows. Just go to enterprise or somewhere else that’s better than here.
Wonderful, fast, and courteous service. Car was very clean. The staff is absolutely amazing.
They were very helpful and patient while we were trying to get ourselves together and rent the car for a few days (it were having one of those days). When I called in to extend my rental they were very polite but unable to use a different card to pay but they had no problem letting me keep it longer. My major complaint is when i returned the car the guys just took the key and left me standing there for a while before returning and giving me a receipt. If I ever need a car again I will def. see if they have a location where I am at.
Great people and great customer service. I had a wonderful experience renting from them.
I WILL NEVER rent from them again. First, the BWI staff was extremely rude and disrespectful but what could you expect from Baltimore. The pincher, however, was being charged double the drop off fee because I didn't get prior permission.
