Cindy’s help was awesome! She went the extra mile of contacting my insurance company to alleviate the frustration of working out the claims process between the two company’s. Professional.

I had a family emergency that left me with needing a vehicle to travel and go to work . I requested it Sunday afternoon online for Monday morning in LaPlata - the LaPlata store is understaffed but the staff there are polite and helpful . I arrived at 9 and did not leave until about 10 . But my rental was atleast there so no complains . The car was in great shape and very clean . The employee made sure to have me follow around the car and explained the extra insurance (which is worth it ) I was on my way . I opt for drop off at another location as they were opened on Sunday . Drop off was easy even though they were closed for Easter . Car was dropped off and Keyes in the drop box . This was easy as i did get the daily insurance so I could just drop off as the insurance covered any scratch’s / dings . By 9 am Monday morning they have registered my vehicle as returned and invoice was sent . Luckily since they were closed I did not get charged an additional day . . Was that easy ! Total for 1 week rental with the insurance and taxes 617 .guaranteed hassle free . Thank you enterprise .

After speaking with an representative about the criteria for rentals we get there with all documentation to be told no debit card is accepted which definitely was not explained clearly. I'm glad we didnt wait til day of the pick up the rental. This could be avoided if the reps wasnt in such hurry to hang up the phone

Great experience with the LaPlata/ White Plains location. Great staff, efficient service, clean cars. I would recommend them highly!
