It was a stressful rental. But got it done.

Came to collision center. They were fast and friendly.

Both Spencer and Thomas have assisted me this morning and both of them are TOP NOTCH!! They have great positive attitudes, they are knowledgeable and friendly, and very professional. The pricing of the vehicles and services at this location is fabulous, and the selection is pretty darned good too. All around very thankful for Enterprise in Mechanicsville and for the EXCELLENT customer service by Spencer and Thomas!!

Thomas (Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mechanicsville MD) .... rocks!!! He made sure we were in a vehicle that we were comfortable driving because we would be in it for at least a week. In the end it was over a month. He made every step easy and painless. This is priceless when you are struggling through the inconvenience and frustration of having your vehicle totaled through no fault of your own. I would recommend Thomas and the Mechanicsville Enterprise Rent-A-Car office in the future. I hope we never have the need but if we do, he will have a business again, and again. Thanks Thomas!!
