Enterprise Rent-A-Car

In 20+ years renting from Enterprise, this was the worst experience i have had. A week prior, I went online and through my account, reaerved a compact SUV for pick up Friday afternoon (an hour before closing). I checked in a few minutes after 4. At approximately 4:45, I am called to go over my vehicle. It wasn't a compact SUV. It was a sedan. Attendant indicated that he system showed any car where as my email reservation showed a compact suv. Given the time, the only option I had was to accept what was provided or be stuck without vehicle. As soon as I signed for the car, the doors were closed and locked. Though the car had been washed, both the inside and outside of the vehicle front windshield was dirty and the car smelled of cigarettes. In short: didn't get the type of vehicle reserved, customer service was limited at best, and vehicle wasn't cleaned to the Enterprise standard. After this rental, seriously considering switching to another company for future car needs (average 6 to 7 rentals a year).

Always a breeze at the Waldorf Crain Highway location. Never been let down. Keep up the good work on these trying times.....its hard but you guys rock!!!

Enjoyed this Location. Very Clean . The gentleman who helped didn't appear to know why car not beep when turned off saying lights will cut off auto. But I found out later evening Someone left car running while on so Of Course Lights wouldn't go off or not beeping But Then again he appeared in a rush for was 5pm.

Exceptional service love this enterprise branch. Keep up the great job

The service was great but the car smells of weed and had to be recleaned. The took it to clean out the bad smell
