The SUV hadn’t been cleaned or disinfected. The staff was nice. I was told when we dropped off the car early the detail personify have not gotten to it. My husband and I cleaned and disinfected the car. This definitely should’ve not happened especially with COVID-19!

I had a great experience with Budget. The staff was very friendly and the rental process was fast and easy! I would recommend this business to anyone and I can’t wait to rent again!

I rented a car this week from Budget for a short trip. When I arrived the staff was very helpful. Although I had a wait, as the lady was patiently helping an older gentleman who didn't quite know how to use technology, I was pleased to witness the care and concern that she displayed as she calmly and understandingly walked him through the process. Once it was my turn she showed the same care and concern with my process. They adhered to their limit of 2 customers in the facility at a time and followed all social distancing and safety protocols. The car was clean and well maintained. I had actually never driven a hybrid car before, but let me tell you, it was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I always get excellent services from the staff.
