Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I been renting from enterprise about 19 years and let me share this with you,they go over and beyond to meet your travel or emergency needs,I'm a hertz loyalty member and their wait time is always over 40 min with reservations and cars no properly clean,no staff and cars have high mileage. My comparison for rating for enterprise is a 5 ud83cudf1f and always professional staff.im definitely sticking with enterprise .

The employees at the Mandeville location are really great. The only issue I have is there is no key drop. I rent often and would like to be able to drop off outside of business hours so I am not having to leave work.

I have been calling since 0830 for a pick up. It is 1000 am and I’m still on hold. Unsatisfactory. It is also not necessary to point out that its women led. It’s important to say who your manager is, by name. In this case , it’s not a positive thing. Since I can’t get in touch with a man or a women. I am pro women. I had an appointment.

I used enterprise last week and was extremely disappointed in their service. Not only did they not charge me the correct amount but they also gave me an SUV when i asked for a car. I got into a bad wreck several years ago in an explorer which has caused me to not want to drive suvs anymore. Actually, i have a phobia when it comes to driving/riding in one. Then they wanted to charge my card a different amount (the correct amount they were originally supposed to charge) without releasing the first charge which locked my card up! Like people, i don't have an unlimited amount of credit! So, i had to go pay my bill to allow more available credit and it still didn't work bc enterprise would not release the pending charges. Ugh, it was a complete nightmare! Not to mention my reservations were at an office that's not even currently open due to the COVID19, so i had to travel even further without notice. Um, yea i think they could have told me that when making the reservations. Oh and as an fyi, don't believe them when it says that you can pay your balance with another card or cash or a money order. They only want payment from the credit card on file and as i stated if you need the vehicle for longer and your credit limit is not thousands of dollars than you're gonna be screwed by misleading information.

Excellent people! They make communication and reservations so easy for me! Cars always clean and in great condition!
