Budget Car Rental

Horrible experience, my fiancé and I rented a car from there recently. The first car they gave us the low pressure light came on. He got halfway home and then turned around and took the car back. They gave us another car in which we drove to Louisiana. The low pressure light came on and then the tire went flat. Thank God we were able to safely get off the bridge. After calling budget we waited forever for them to send a tow truck and they informed us the closest budget rental to get another vehicle was about 45 mins away. I was beyond frustrated, I missed the appointment to see my wedding venue because of this. I will never use their services again. You definitely get what you pay for. If you need a reliable vehicle I wouldn’t trust going to this place.

I just rented my first car from Budget and the process was so smooth & easy. Highly recommend! The lady at the front desk was very polite & got us in and out in no time.

Very affordable place to rent a car, they don't require a deposit which gives us an extra few days to travel visiting our family and friends. I'm horrible with names,the lady who works here is amazing and will work with you on choosing the best ride available for your needs. Will definitely be a repeat customer when we're down for visits. My agent was kind, courteous, extremely helpful and accommodating. She called me several times leading up to my reservation to ensure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend using this office for rentals.
