When I arrived at the location Dave attitude was real nasty towards me I don’t know maybe it’s because I’m black! He refuse to take papers from me when returning the truck his main focus was where was the gas meter . He told me it wasn’t full and to take it back to the gas station after I stated to him that it is full ! I also took pictures of the gas and mileage when dropping the truck off. I will get my lawyer involved because it’s no consequences! Employees do whatever they want. My card was charger an extra 46.00 after I had already spoken with someone from customer service! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I’ve been calling for 2 days and nobody can even bother to answer the phone their. The Budget website instructed me to call their to check availability but can’t do that if nobody answers.
