Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The people working there were very nice. That's the only good thing I can say. Within 2 hours of my mom getting a car ( that we waited about 30 minutes for) the oil change light came on and the tire went flat. Let's see how they try to screw us on this one. I don't like dealing with them and the only reason I did was because our insurance company told us if we used anyone else we had to pay and wait to be reimbursed.

Arrived at opening, 9:00 am. They needed to have vehicle cleaned. Took about 15 minutes. Was able to head out at 9:30. The staff seemed very busy with many calls coming in. Many of the other locations were not open on Sunday.

If I could give zero stars I would. We rented a car at the Hammond, LA location on Morrison for 11:00am. We arrived early around 9:00am just in case but we were told no car was ready for rental. We returned again at 10:50am for our scheduled appointment. We were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes for a car unless we wanted a mini van. We decide to accept the mini van because we had to leave. As we are doing the walk through it is apparent that the mini van, which is all they had, wasn’t cleaned. It smelled of a dog and still had hair in it. The representative did ask if we would like for him to clean it, which he did himself which took another 30 minutes. However, I think for a main car rental location in Hammond they would be prompt on service and have clean readily available vehicles for customers. Worst experience ever with this location. I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

So I reserved a rental car online about two months in advance. I arrived on time (8am) which was the earliest time slot. I was surprised when the representative told me there were a few people ahead of me. Nevertheless the process although the entire transaction was conducted outside because of covid was flawless. My vehicle was clean enough to satisfy me although I sanitized it thoroughly. The representative was fast, knowledgeable and professional. I dont use any other car rental agency because enterprise always keep me satisfied. From the prices to the professionalism im always happy.

Enterprise in Hammond, LA is always very professional and accommodating. I always use them when I need to rent a car. Great job!
