Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Enterprise female Associate was very rude to me. I understand if you have different guidelines at your place of business than most places but there's no reason to be so forceful and demanding with your tone of voice. She shouldn't be at the front helping customers. Horrible customer service!

Excellent service and I had a blowout on Christmas day and I was sent help...thank you greatly road service guy so much as well !!

The staff was friendly and cooperative. They got me in and out promptly and provided me with a ride. I was very pleased.

I had to wait 2 hours later to pick up the van and they had to find me a van and I had to drive way out my way to go get the van And was compensated nothing for all the trouble not even the slight appreciation

Even though they knew in advance that I would be renting the car, it was not ready and I had to wait for them to do a haphazard wash of the vehicle, which included washing only the outside. It also didn't appear that they did any disinfecting of the inside of the vehicle. Because they would not allow anyone inside the building, I was left waiting outside in the excessive heat for them to wash the outside of the car. When I walked in the office with my mask on complaining that it was too hot to wait outside, they said they'd let me wait in the car they picked me up in with the air conditioner running. There is no reason to make customers wait outside of the building, as their is plenty of room for 6 ft distancing inside and customers wearing a mask does not place their employees at risk. All interactions with customers is completed outside in the excessive heat, which is unnecessary!!! They obviously don't do regular maintance on their cars, as it needed an oil change and the tires were over inflated to 45 psi on three tires and under deflated to 26 psi on one tire. The information on the dash said the tires should be inflated to 32 psi.
