The guy who assisted me upon arrival was pleasant. My reserved vehicle was not ready but a free upgrade was the perfect pacifier. The new paperless process helped me quickly get on my way. The return was just as easy and timely and the young woman who assisted me was just as pleasant.
The workers are great as long as I don’t deal with the management and I been in a rental since March 1 2020 and I feel I could be treated a little better..... enterprise in shively need to get rid of that female manager. Liars
Tyler, my associate at the Shively Enterprise Rent A Car in Louisville, KY is so AMAZING!! I’ve never had such pleasant customer service and on top of that he texts me to let me know anything that is relevant to my rental!! When I say TYLER IS THE BEST, that’s EXACTLY what I mean!!
